MOSCOW, Jul 9 (PRIME) -- Major Russian mobile operator MTS has opened a bidding book for exchange bonds and will collect bids from 12 p.m. till 1 p.m. Moscow time on Tuesday, the company said in a statement.
The technical placement is preliminarily arranged for July 17.
